Spiral REvolution Labs is a Portugal-based regenerative innovation laboratory exploring how individuals, organizations, and communities can navigate complexity, uncertainty, and systemic transition with greater resilience, creativity, and ecological intelligence.
At a time of accelerating climate disruption, technological transformation, institutional fragmentation, and rising burnout, we believe the regenerative transition is not only technical — it is deeply human.
While much attention is focused on infrastructure, policy, finance, and technology, far less attention has been given to the psychological, relational, and organizational capacities required to adapt wisely to a rapidly changing world.
Spiral REvolution Labs exists to help develop those capacities.

Ecosystem Structure
Spiral REvolution consists of two complementary entities designed to support both public-benefit education and applied innovation.
Spiral REvolution (US Nonprofit)
Focused on public education, accessible programming, interdisciplinary dialogue, and community engagement around resilience, systems thinking, and regenerative futures.
Spiral REvolution Labs (Portugal)
Focused on applied innovation, leadership development, immersive programs, methodology creation, strategic partnerships, and practical systems transformation within Portugal’s emerging innovation ecosystem.
Together, these entities create a bridge between public education and applied regenerative innovation.

The Lab experience
Each regenerative action lab brings together thinkers, practitioners, scientists, artists, organizers, and everyday people to co-develop a wide variety of practical strategies. Facilitated using the best from systems thinking and regenerative design, the session fosters inclusivity, novel ideas, shared accountability, and actionable outcomes tailored to diverse contexts.

We summarize the session findings and share participant-generated actionable strategies at the individual, community, industry, and government levels.

We collect regenerative solution case studies and implementation guides that can be adapted to suit different environments, which are then shared with the community in an open-source library.

SF Climate Week
Regenerative Action Lab
On April 29, 42 people signed up to participate in a regenerative design workshop, where they had the opportunity to step back and integrate what they’ve experienced during SF Climate Week. They surfaced their biggest “aha” moments, distilled key insights, and explored practical ways to bring new ideas and solutions into their lives and work.
