"Before [psychedelics], my framework felt hopeless: “Oh my gosh! I’m only one person in this giant thing that needs to change!” Now, I hold it differently because of my psychedelic experiences. I have a different contextualization of what’s happening. I don’t feel all this weight: “I have to do something. I have to carry all this weight of the whole.” It doesn’t feel hopeless. Now, I see myself as a point on the web. And that point does have an impact, and there’s a specific role within that web that I can play."
